Tournament Payout Percentages NUMBER OF BOATS 1st Place 2nd Place 3rd Place 4th Place 1-5 100% 6-10 75% 25% 11-15 60% 25% 15% 16-25 50% 25% 15% 10% Angler of the Year Information and Regulations Angler of the year standings will be taken from the main scheduled tournament dates only. The top ten anglers weighing in at each tournament will be given points in 10 point increments. Points will be based on the weight of each anglers big fish. !st place will receive 100 points, 2nd place will receive 90 points, all the way down to 10th place, who will receive 10 points. There will also be a 15 point bonus added to the holder of the tournament’s big fish. These Points will add up over the course of the season and will be viewable at all times on the website. Fees and Their Purpose • $10 Membership Fee: Bar-B-Que and Club Promotion • $30 per BOAT per Tournament: $20: Payout Pot $5: Classic Pot $5: Big Fish Pot Coosa Bassmaster’s Rules and Regulations 1. Tournaments will be from Safe Daylight until 2:00pm 2. Classic will be a 2 day event (Daylight until 2:00 both days) on a voted location and lake. 3. You must fish 3 tournaments prior to the classic to qualify to fish it. 4. Only Largemouth, Spotted, and smallmouth bass will be allowed at weigh in. 5. Penalties: Short Fish = 1lb. plus that fish; Dead fish = 1/2lb.; Late = 1lb. per minute / disqualification at 15min. 6. All boats must have working live-well. 7. No live bait 8. Any number of bait-casting or spinning rods may be rigged but only one may be used at a time. 9. Guests are allowed ONE tournament without paying membership fee. (There MUST be a member IN the boat.) 10. Boats must have all required USCG items on board. 11. USCG approved PFD’s must be worn by all on board and kill switch must be on driver when motor is cranked. 12. Ties for 1st will be broken by number of fish, or big fish; with other ties, tied teams will combine and split pay. 13. Protests MUST be presented to the tournament directors(s) BEFORE the scales are closed. 14. Everyone is expected to be courteous and act in a sportsman-like manner so as to bring credit to the club. 15.
